Alive In Death Valley
This was taken very early one morning in Zabriskie Point in Death Valley. Sirena and I got there before sunrise to use the soft light of the morning. This shot is part of a set of images, the first of which were taken from above to illustrate the giant finger like shapes found in Zabriskie Point. Read the story behind these images on my blog.
This is a limited edition fine art print using archival paper and ink. I carefully select the stock to go with the image and the details of the paper and size are below:
Fine Art Textured Natural by Epson.
100% cotton and 300gm.
Printed as colour
Size: A2
The paper feels like water colour paper and emulates the rough texture of the volvanic landscape that Elena is lying in.
I will print a maximum of 50 copies of this image, and each one will be numbered on the back.
Please note, the item for sale is the print only.
Prints are made on demand and I will ship internationally. I package each print in acid free tissue paper and roll it into a cardboard tube. I recommend that you open the tube and allow the print to lie flat for a period of time after it arrives.
